Today, Congressman Mike Bost (IL-12) voted for the final conference report negotiated by the House and Senate on the Fiscal Year 2016 budget resolution.
"This is a bold, common sense approach to balancing the budget in under a decade, while stopping the federal government from continuing its out-of-control spending," said Rep. Bost. "This budget does so without raising the taxes of hardworking families in Southern Illinois--many of whom are already struggling to make ends meet. It also fully repeals Obamacare and boosts defense spending above the President's request."
