Congressman Dave Joyce (OH-14) provided the following statement today after the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in the case King v. Burwell:

"As a former prosecutor, I disagree with today's ruling. This ruling does not change the fact that the Affordable Care Act is still a fundamentally flawed law.

At the end of the day, it places government bureaucrats in between patients and their doctors, and raises costs for middle class families, seniors, and small businesses. I'll continue to fight for patient-centered solutions that reduce the overall cost of healthcare, and do what I can to help those who continue to face hardships as a result of this burdensome law."
