Oppose Any Erosion of Our Rights. Our Second Amendment rights are fundamental to a free society. We must remain vigilant against any and all efforts to chip away at the rights of law-abiding gun owners to purchase, keep, and carry arms.

Stop the Assault Weapon Ban. The federal government has no right to infringe upon the Second Amendment by banning any type of firearm, including so-called assault weapons. Perennial efforts to re-impose this ban must be stopped.

Stand Firm Against the UN Arms Trade Treaty. The United Nations should have no say in our Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms. We must prevent the ratification of any treaty that would cede Americans' constitutionally protected rights to any foreign authority. This begins by electing a president who would never even send such a treaty to the Senate in the first place.
