Issue Position: Repeal and Replace Obamacare

Issue Position

Repeal Immediately. President Obama's disastrous health care program has driven up costs, driven down choice, and grossly infringed on the liberties of hard-working Americans. We should repeal Obamacare immediately.

Implement Workable Reforms. While Obamacare has been a disaster, our healthcare system has long been in need of reform. Following repeal, we must implement cost-effective, market-driven reforms that improve access to quality care for all Americans without infringing on individual choice.

Provide Greater Flexibility. In many cases states, municipalities, and small businesses lack the flexibility to pursue innovative solutions that would improve care or drive down costs. Enabling small businesses, for example, to form association health plans in order to pool risk and reduce the cost of providing quality care for employees would significantly improve access while reducing regulatory barriers.
