Issue Position

Private property rights I support private property rights. I strongly believe that private property rights is a cornerstone of our republic. I believe an individual or a property owner has the right to use their property anyway they so choose as long as it is not being used to support illegal activity or devalue or deface your neighbor's property. If Government wants to limit the use of private property, then the government (Federal, State, county, or city) should pay a fair market value for the property. I will defend and fight for private property rights.
