Ms. McCOLLUM. Mr. Speaker, today I rise to pay tribute to the career
of Congressman James Moran. I had the pleasure of serving alongside Jim
on the Appropriations Committee, including both the Defense and
Interior-Environment subcommittees. Congressman Moran's experience and
wisdom not only benefited his district and the nation, but myself as
well.
Congressman Moran has always brought passion to his work in Congress
and that passion will be sorely missed next year.
Mr. Speaker, please join me in honoring the service of Congressman
James Moran in the United States House of Representatives.
