Congressman David Rouzer released the following statement after the House passed the No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion and Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act (H.R. 7).

"On the 42nd anniversary of Roe v. Wade, we are all reminded how important it is to fight for those who cannot speak for themselves. This bill makes permanent the prohibition of taxpayer dollars for insurance plans that cover abortion services. I am proud to stand with the millions of those across the country who work daily to protect our most vulnerable."
