Governor Hassan's Statement on Open Enrollment

Governor Maggie Hassan issued the following statement on the beginning of open enrollment for New Hampshire's health insurance marketplace on November 15:

"Last year, forty thousand New Hampshire citizens were able to access affordable health insurance and the security that comes with it through New Hampshire's marketplace. When open enrollment begins for Granite State families on November 15, the marketplace will offer increased choices, with every hospital in the state included in at least three carrier networks, and more competitively priced plans. Combined with the launch and implementation of our bipartisan health care expansion plan, the increased competition on the marketplace for open enrollment this year signals another important step toward improving the health and financial well-being of our people."
