Issue Position

I strongly support the fiscal discipline that goes into making a balanced budget. I am very proud to say that after averaging 4% annual growth in spending the last 10 years, we were able to hold growth in the State budget down to less than 2% this year. No matter what size the budget is, the simple principle of not spending more than you take in works at every level.
