I am Pro-Marriage. I believe in traditional marriage that is between one man and one woman.
I am the only Representative in the State of Arkansas House of Representatives to have run a resolution in 2013 HR1049 and passed by the House of Representatives Affirming Traditional Marriage as defined in Amendment 83 to our AR Constitution. This was passed on the day the US Supreme Court was hearing the Defense of Marriage case and was sent to the President of the United States, the Vice President of the United States, the President Pro Tempore of the United States Senate, the Speaker of the United States House of Representatives, the Chief Justice and Associate Justices of the United States Supreme Court, the chief executive officer of each legislative chamber for each of the fifty (50) state legislatures within the United States, and each member of the Arkansas Congressional Delegation.
