We need to support small businesses.

I strongly believe that we need to support small businesses with a particular interest in local foods and agricultural. Wicked Joe and the Maine Harvest Company are among the newest in town. We also have small farmers, new and older, and older foods businesses like Hancock Lobster. Maine has the youngest population of small farmers in the nation -- some of our young people are staying or returning to farm.
