Ryan will prioritize spending and work to eliminate waste to hold the line on taxes and make government do more with less so local hard working families are able to keep more of their hard earned money. The priorities of the politicians in Harrisburg are clearly wrong when education, economic development and public safety all receive less funding than welfare in Pennsylvania's budge
