I will sustain and make every effort to pass laws that will support our governor and attorney general in joining with other states in defending Utah's sovereignty under the 10th Amendment in rolling back the federal government to its proper and appropriate roll. I will advance initiatives and legislation to reclaim our state lands, to harvest its resources that help fund education, open closed access to resources, expand recreation areas and decrease federal oversight and control over the majority of our state lands.
