Excessive documentation and the increase in the size of bureaucratic management and red tape must be reined in. Cris Dush has experienced 16 years of watching offices in Harrisburg explode in size. Harrisburg is now ranked ninth in the nation * for U.S. Cities with the highest paying jobs and the top two employers are the State government and health care.

Cris Dush intends to expose how agencies are forcing citizens, businesses and local governments to file endless documentation in order to expand the size of central government. The avalanche of paperwork we all have to file these days is used by bureaucrats justify hiring more people so they can supervise them and get a pay increase.

This means you and I pay thrice; once by having to take the time or hire someone to take the time to fill out the paperwork, once more to hire someone to process it at Harrisburg, and a third time to increase the pay of the one supervising the processor.

Pennsylvanians got along great with the few forms required back in the 1950's and 1960's. We need to get back to those types of forms and that level of government employment.
