Central Pennsylvania's most valuable resource, and our most precious export is our children. Our young people cannot find work that will take care of raising a family anymore. In the past quarter century our legislators have written laws that cripple small and large businesses alike. * They've written laws that purposely permit bureaucrats to intimidate the people who provide us with jobs until the business owners pack up and move to places like South Carolina. Over the past quarter century we've seen the Central Offices of virtually every department in the State government balloon, while those who pay for them are losing their jobs.
Cris Dush wants to work with a group of legislators who were elected in the past two terms who are fighting to make the changes that will free up business and eliminate government interference that destroys or drives away investment in our communities. Other districts have seen fit to replace the career politicians with people who are willing to fight to those ends. These new representatives are responsible for driving the positive changes we have seen over the past year, in spite of leadership telling them they need to slow down.
No one in Harrisburg is irreplaceable. If the people of the 66th District send Cris Dush to join the fight, it will send a shock wave through Harrisburg. It will also free up those who have been hampered in their fight to do what they've promised their constituents.
