Senator Moore continues to work closely with the Executive Office of Public Safety, the Legislature and local public safety departments to ensure that the Second Worcester Districts remains to be a safe area to work and raise a family.

As a former law enforcement officer, Senator Moore understands the importance of keeping our communities safe. As the Senate Vice-Chair of the Joint Committee on Public Safety and Homeland Security, he has made it a priority to fund gang prevention programs, summer jobs and job training programs for at-risk youth and protecting the safety of emergency personnel and correctional officers.
