Issue Position

Crime affects every community in Montana and puts the well being of every Montanan at risk. A major area of concern is with the tracking and monitoring of those designated as sexual offenders. Current Montana law does not require that designated offenders provide a valid address, with many registered simply as "transient". I am working on legislation that will close the loopholes to keep track of these offenders and help ensure that safety of our children and community members.
