Issue Position

We need to look for ways to improve and reform our education system to meet the needs of our workforce. I also support merit pay so the best teachers can be rewarded for their excellent work in the classroom.

We need to provide parents a broad variety of alternatives including traditional public, charter, voucher and virtual schools, in order for them to meet the individual needs of their children.
