Former Arkansas House Majority Leader and Fourth District Congressional Candidate Bruce Westerman (R-Hot Springs) today issued the following statement regarding today's Supreme Court ruling in Burwell v. Hobby Lobby:

"I am very pleased by today's Supreme Court ruling as religious freedom was guaranteed today. Today's ruling shows that the First Amendment trumps President Obama's namesake health care law. This is another illustration that President Obama, those that voted for Obamacare, and those that refuse calls to repeal it are out-of-touch with the common sense conservative values shared by hardworking Arkansans."
