Issue Position

Never before in our great nation's history has a president and his allies in Congress so forcefully ignored the will of the American people. Obamacare is one of the most egregious laws passed in our lifetimes, and it must be repealed and replaced with patient-centered, free market-driven reforms.

As a new member of Congress, one of Raúl's first actions was to co-sponsor the repeal of this job-killing law. Raúl understands that health care decisions should be made by patients and their doctors, not Washington bureaucrats. He is opposed to the infringements on privacy caused by Obamacare, as well as its astronomical price tag-- double what was originally estimated.

In spite of the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling on the constitutionality of Obamacare, we can rest assured that our Congressman stands ready, no matter the outcome, to totally and completely repeal Obamacare. He knows this is one of the most important fights for freedom in our nation's history, and he won't let us down.
