Providing Equality in Justice for All

All citizens deserve equal and equitable access to justice. Criminal defendants deserve the right to be represented by an attorney at every critical stage of the process especially when facing the possible depravation of liberty that is why I was an outspoken advocate of making sure the state adequately funded the Office of the Public Defender so that peoples constitutional rights would not be violated like they had been in the past.
