The Corporation Commission has the responsibility to regulate and review many programs, including "Obama Phones," an entitlement program providing free taxpayer-funded cell phones with little to no accountability to the taxpayers. I will review programs such as this, and stand strong to protect Oklahomans from waste, fraud, and abuse.
