Issue Position

Southern Nevada has been devastated by the housing crisis that swept through our Valley during the Great Recession. Marilyn has watched many of her friends and neighbors in District 8 struggle to keep their homes, frustrated with the burdensome bureaucracy obstacles banks and federal housing programs put in front of homeowners. As an Assemblywoman who represented an area with a high number of foreclosures, Marilyn got to work. That's why she helped pass the Homeowner's Bill of Rights during the 2013 Legislative Session.
