Congress must resist judicial activism and presidential imperialism. We must protect the free exercise of religion, which is threatened by such things as Obamacare and homosexual marriages. We must guard against a police state and infringements upon personal liberty, including the use of new technology such as drones that could spy on private citizens. And we must reduce the size and scope of the Federal government according to the tenth amendment.
