Issues: Immigration
My mother emigrated from South Korea just 35 years ago and my grandfather emigrated from Sicily in the early 1900's. Our nation was built upon the blood, sweat, and tears of so many immigrants who came here with dreams of better lives.
Issues: The current system is unstable and not enforced; we have over 11 million undocumented immigrants, workplace violations, a back log of immigrants trying to become citizens, and inconsistent border security.
Solution: We must expose problems and promote fair reform that protects our borders first and creates certainty for a generation of young people desiring only to better themselves and their families. Provide a clear path to citizenship. We need solutions that benefit all Americans and businesses.
