Issue Position

The Second Amendment is a fundamental right and we must oppose political attempts to force unnecessary regulation.

Owning a firearm is a constitutional right, not a privilege. I always have been and always will be a relentless defender of our Second Amendment right to bear arms. I will not cede any ground to government bureaucrats seeking to restrict a law-abiding citizen's right to bear arms. This is as fundamental as every other right protected by the Bill of Rights. I wholeheartedly oppose the attempts of politicians to force unnecessary regulation of our firearms and will stand against bureaucrats who work towards circumventing our laws to collect private information.
