Real, common sense changes to this broken system are needed for the sake of our children and our grandchildren.

Social Security is a critical safety net for seniors and disabled individuals. We must do everything that we can to ensure the program's solvency for future generations. For years, millions of hard-working Americans have paid into a system and they deserve to see a return. However, the harsh reality is that we have been paying out more in benefits than we have collected for the last several years. We need to make real, common sense changes to this broken system in order to preserve it for our children and grandchildren.
