Across Montana's 56 counties, our state's roads, bridges, railways, pipelines, waterways and runways are vital to the prosperity of local communities. As a member of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, I will work to ensure that America has a safe and reliable transportation and infrastructure system.

This Congress, I look forward to passing a long-term highway bill that will reauthorize funding to improve and maintain the thousands of miles of highways in Montana. I will also work to strengthen our state's flood protection and Army Corps of Engineers water projects. Further, I will continue to urge President Obama to approve the Keystone XL pipeline to increase North American energy and create jobs in Montana.
