Mike Foley is committed to the idea that those closest to a problem are best equipped to deal with it. That's the bedrock of our Republic. As governor Mike will protect our right to decide how best to live our lives, protecting Nebraskans from an ever-encroaching federal bureaucracy. This includes our Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms for our personal and communal safety and the protection of our liberties. As state senator Mike supported Nebraska's current concealed carry law. As governor he will continue to protect these Constitutional rights.
