Issue Position: Women's Right to Choose

Issue Position

I have been active in the women's health and reproductive rights movement since college and I will fiercely protect a woman's right to choose. Currently, there are two bills before the House that will construct barriers to a women's right to choose and I am working hard to defeat them. This is part of a wave of anti-choice legislation that is being proposed in states across the country and we must make sure that Illinois remains strongly pro-choice.
