NBC reports that, for the first time in 10 years, Texas now has more illegal immigrants crossing than Arizona. Texas needs a strong response to Washington's failures to address the problems with our border security and our immigration system. We must ensure our law enforcement have the tools they need to do the job safely. We must stop the state benefits to those who have broken the law. We are a nation governed by laws and it is time to step-up and enforce the law regarding illegal immigration.
