ENSURE OUR WATER SUPPLY

As a two time Governor Perry appointee and current president of the Lower Neches Valley Authority, I know water is what makes every part of life possible. With the population set to double by 2050, and our state in the midst of one of the worst droughts on record, we must take a proactive approach. I am committed to a combined effort of conservation and water infrastructure investments -- within the means of the state budget and without new taxes.
