Our current system allows legislators to pick voters before voters pick them. Our redistricting process is broken and creates larger partisan divides. We need a bi-partisan system using the resources of our universities and demographers to provide representative districts based on neighborhoods, not gerrymandering. As your Delegate, I will fight for this change before the 2020 census and redistricting process.
