February 17th, 2005 - Washington, D.C. - "I was fortunate to meet with Ambassador Negroponte when I visited Iraq two weeks ago. When I met with the Ambassador, I was impressed by his understanding of the threats facing American troops and the urgency of hunting down terrorists.
