Seniors deserve a secure retirement, but rising property taxes make living on a fixed income difficult. To ease the burden, we passed the bill that caps annual property taxes at two percent, fought to expand the Senior Freeze program and opposed cuts to seniors property tax rebates.

We want to make it easier to seniors to afford life in South Jersey close to family and friends. That's why we're pushing to increase the senior property tax deduction and eliminate state income taxes for 94 percent of seniors. And we're fighting to restore state funding cut from nursing homes and prescription drug programs.

We'll keep fighting for South Jersey's seniors -- from undoing the massive tax breaks Chris Christie gave to multi-millionaires to restoring property tax relief for those who need it most
