Out-of-control government spending continues to be the greatest threat to our country. Fortunately, Utah has a reputation for fiscal discipline that must be maintained. As a county commissioner during one of the worst financial crisis in history, I worked diligently to assure that we reduced spending in order to avoid tax increases.
