I do not support the establishment of a State sponsored, single-payer system as has been proposed under House Bill 392, but I do believe that we should do everything we can to cover more at-risk children through the CHIP program.

We need to put pressure on the Insurance Commissioner to get tough with the insurance companies that operate in our State and bring in more competition to give Delaware consumers more choices.
