Issue Position

We need a permanent and responsible solution to the Devils Lake Flooding. Our opponents claim that they desire to save the Sheyenne. I have a message for them. It's man made water management that has saved the Sheyenne, Valley City, thousands of acres and millions of dollars, as well as many lives. We owe it to the people upstream and those downstream to work together to get water moving again, instead of storing it until it spills over.
