We must enforce all federal immigration laws including incarceration and deportation and bill the federal government for our services until Congress and the President decide to do their job. If the federal government insists the citizens of North Carolina must provide free education, free health care and free welfare income to those who are here illegally they must pay us to provide those services. No jobs, no free education and no free health care (less emergency humanitarian services) to illegal immigrants.
