Minority inclusion should be a necessary part of every municipal request for proposals and all state-awarded contracts. When the money has a chance to get back into the community we can begin to change South and Southwest Philadelphia.

Bidding Reform

As State Representative in the 186th Legislative District, I will request more competitive bidding of contracts and hold federal agencies accountable to their contracting goals.
