This bill, which I cosponsored, reins in the Obama EPA's costly job-killing regulations, protects jobs, keeps energy affordable, as well as prevents the premature closure of coal plants to ensure the lights stay on. The bill also seeks to limit surface mining regulations and requires regulatory analysis and a cumulative cost analysis of EPA rules.
