Issue Position

Wisconsin needs to grow its economy to create more jobs but also higher paying jobs. In the last session of the Legislature, a mining bill was defeated by one vote. That bill would have laid the foundation for an iron ore mine that would have created almost 3,000 jobs. These jobs would have been all over the state not just in the area of the mine. We need to cut regulations and taxes on the businesses that create jobs for Wisconsin citizens.
