I will ensure that the 57th District has a voice in its healthcare needs, and that the state commission reviewing hospitals in our community does not set out to merge or close hospitals that will put our residents at risk. I will also work to make sure that our residents no longer have to rely upon emergency room visits for basic care, and that primary care alternatives and services grow in our community to address the long-term health needs of our children and families.
