The State's K-12 education funding formula, which provides school districts with per pupil funding, currently favors schools in the Twin Cities metro area over those of greater Minnesota. This means that greater Minnesota schools receive less state support for education. This includes schools in District 13B. We need to look at revising the funding formula to make it more equitable for all of Minnesota's school.
