"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.*" One of the biggest issues in our state and country is the unprecedented intrusion of the federal government in the affairs of individuals and the state. I will work diligently on efforts to limit the role of the federal government to its constitutional mandates.
