Issue Position

"Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness."

All life must be preserved and held by society as a cherished gift from our Creator. Rights do not come from the government, and thus, they cannot be taken away by the government. During my time in the House of Delegates, I worked on many bills that protected life. I have found that one way to endorse life is to strip away tax-payer funding from abortion procedures. Taxes must never be used for this purpose and I will never waiver on this firm commitment to a policy of "Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness."
