As the husband of a 3rd grade teacher, Richard Stuart understands that a great teacher can make a lifetime of difference in every child's life. He is committed to recruiting and retaining the best teachers so that our children can excel. Public education is the backbone of our community. We are safe and prosperous if our schools are strong and our children have an education of excellence.
