As a former prosecutor with the Hanover County Commonwealth's Attorney Office, Ryan McDougle knows that tough laws are important in reducing crime and protecting our families and has successfully worked to establish a DNA database registering those who are arrested for violent felonies in Virginia. Ryan supports Virginia's death penalty and no-parole policy. He has the crime-fighting experience we need to keep our neighborhoods safe for our families. Ryan serves on the Criminal Law Subcommittee, the Computer Crimes Task Force, the Virginia Alcohol Safety Action Program, is a member of the Attorney General's Anti-Gang Task Force, and helped former Attorney General Jerry Kilgore establish the groundbreaking Anti-Child Pornography Images Registry.
