Statement

Mitt Romney, the frontrunner for the Republican nomination for President has officially endorsed my campaign.

Announcing his support, Mitt Romney said:

"Mark understands what is needed to bring jobs back to Nevada and get the country's economy back on track. He will be a strong voice for Nevadans and will stand up against President Obama's failed policies. Mark is exactly the leader we are looking for in Washington at such a critical time for both Nevada and the nation and I am proud to support him."

I'm honored to have Mitt Romney's support, His record of creating jobs and cutting taxes is very impressive and aligned with my priorities for Nevada. I'm running for Congress to be an independent and conservative voice for Nevada families and stand up to Washington's tax and spend culture.

Speaking of important supporters, back by popular demand, my most important supporter my mom, makes her second appearance in my newest campaign ad. While most sequels fail to live up to the original, mom really shines in this latest video:

Unlike my opponent, I won't support programs that take $500 billion from our seniors.

For me, protecting Nevada's seniors is personal. As your next Member of Congress I'll fight hard to make sure that we continue to protect Medicare benefits for seniors now and in the future.

Early voting begins on August 27th and Election Day is September 13th, don't forget to get out and vote and thank you for your continued support.
