To grow our economy, I support tax reform grounded in two important principles - closing tax loopholes for special interests and lowering marginal rates for American families and small businesses. Washington has a spending problem, not a revenue problem. Government doesn't tax too little; it spends too much. America's business tax rate is already the highest in the developed world, and raising taxes will put our economic recovery at risk.
